Looking for a house mom (or dad)*

This person is critical to the happiness of all of our 200,000+ sumo-lings.
They count on you each morning to make sure the deals are working perfectly and the emails get politely delivered to their inbox.

What is your day like?
12:01am – Check at night to make sure the deal text is good, send the deal to yourself to make sure all the links / signup forms are smooth and ensure that the email is ready for the morning. Hooray. Go back to sleep.
9:00am – You start off with 6 donuts to maintain your sumo figure.
9:30am - Review the customer support queue. Go through and make each person happy. There are issues from refunds, questions about the deals and even personal questions. Making everyone happy and customers for life are the mantras we live by. You should too.
1:00pm – Once you cleared out the queue and eaten 6 more donuts you likely browse the web for tech news, check your email and goof off just a bit.
1:30pm You get to help setup deals, evaluate new products and make sure top secret things are working properly.
4:00pm - If you have time you write an article for the AppSumo blog, research new products, make fun of the Chief Sumo and possibly answer 1-2 phone calls from sumo-lings.
9:00pm – You are so excited about working at AppSumo you jump online to review all the stats and chat with the team in our group chat room. Your significant other is annoyed but you can’t help yourself

So who are you?
You should be nodding if you like to learn and have taken a class / read a book about something new in the past 30 days.
You must be able to love sumo-lings (un)conditionally and handle a barrage of requests / complaints from them.
You like AppSumo and what we do. Duh.
You are a great writer and communicator.
Sticks and stones may break your bones but insults never hurt you.
You must be local or willing to relocate to the great state of Austin, TX.
