Once a Sumo-ling purchases your product or tool, AppSumo delivers it in the form of an instant download (for downloadable content) or a code that buyers can use to redeem the product on your website.
You’ll want to keep an eye on reviews and questions from Sumo-lings as engaging with the community will impact your listing’s performance. (Don’t worry! They won’t bite.)
While you don’t pay anything to be listed on the AppSumo marketplace, there is a simple commission structure. You get 70% of all sales from existing AppSumo customers (Sumo-lings with a prior invoice history on the platform), and even better, you get 95% of all sales from new AppSumo customers (those with no prior invoice history on our site). With AppSumo’s 60-day refund window, you’ll receive payouts 60 days after the sale.
